Homes sales in 1M, 1N and 1P remained steady at 10 in March 2017 compared to the same period in 2016. Average home prices were down in March 2017 for the Winnipeg neighbourhoods of Charleswood, Fort Whyte, Linden Ridge, Linden Woods and Whyte Ridge.

There were 16 active listings in Winnipeg MLS areas 1M, 1N and 1P in March 2017 compared to 15 listings in March 2016. The average home sale price was down slightly from $475,050 in 2016 to $457,9311 in March 2017.

The average days required to sell a home was down slightly, from 23 days in March 2016 to 20 days in March 2017.

The top home sale price in Winnipeg MLS areas 1M, 1N and 1P in March 2017 was $620,000 for a home on Brentcliffe.  The lowest price belonged to a home on Victor Lewis Drive that closed at $182,000.
