There were 83 homes sold in the above neighbourhoods in May 2017 as compared to 51 sold in the same month last year. It took less time to sell a home in Winnipeg MLS areas 2G, 2H, 2J and 2K in May 2017. Average days on market in May 2017 was 15.75, down from the 21.75 days required to sell a home in May 2016.

The average home sale prices were down slightly in Island Lakes, Sage Creek, Southdale, Southland Park, and Windsor Park for May 2017, coming in at $388,031 as compared to $392,243 in the same month last year. Listings on the Winnipeg MLS market in 2G, 2H, 2J and 2K were up in May 2017 from the 112 homes available in 2016.

The highest price paid for a home in Winnipeg MLS areas 2A and 2B in May 2017 was $625,000 for a home on Red Lily Drive, while the lowest price came in at $227,000 for a home on Elizabeth Road .
