The average home sale price in November 2017 was up in the Winnipeg neighbourhoods of St. Vital, Bright Oaks, Elm Park, Norberry, Pulberry, River Pointe, Van Hull Estates, Meadowood, River Park South, Dakota Crossing and Southglen as compared to the same month last year. In November 2016 the average home sale price in these neighbourhoods was $300,489. In November 2017 the average home sale price came in at $357,054.
