Sales and sale prices go up, listings stay the same in Meadowood

MLS listings stayed the same while sales and sale prices went up in the month of March 2018 for the Winnipeg neighbourhood of MLS area Meadowood.

The average selling price of homes went up approximately 2.3% with the average being $325,080 compared to $317,500 in March 2017. On average a residence took 45 days more to sell compared to the average of 7 days in March 2017.

There were 4 active listings in Winnipeg MLS area 2E at the end of March 2018 as compared to 4 at the end of March 2017, and 5 homes sold in March 2018 as compared to 4 in 2017. The sales-to-listing ratio increased from 100 percent in March 2017 to 125 percent in March 2018.

The highest price paid in March 2018 for a home in the neighbourhood of Meadowood was $450,000 for a home on Appelmans Bay. The lowest sale price belonged to a home on Sterling Avenue, which closed at $250,000.
