Listings and sale prices up, sales down in Bridgewood Estates, Winnipeg

MLS listings and sale prices went up while sales went down in the month of September 2018 for the Winnipeg neighbourhood of MLS area Bridgewood Estates.

The average selling price of homes went up approximately 5% with the average being $380,225 compared to $360,933 in August 2017. On average a residence took 9 days less to sell in September 2018 as compared to 27 days in September 2017.

There were 11 active listings in Winnipeg MLS area 3J at the end of September 2018 as compared to 9 at the end of September 2017, and 4 homes sold in September 2018 as compared to 6 in 2017. The sales-to-listing ratio was 36% in September 2018 compared to 67% in September 2017.

The highest price paid in September 2018 for a home in the neighbourhood of Bridgewood Estates was $462,000 for a home on Grantsmuir Drive. The lowest sale price belonged to a home on Parasiuk Place, which closed at $297,000.
