Listings and sale prices down, sales up in Devonshire Park

MLS listings and sale prices went down while sales went up in the month of February 2019 in the Winnipeg neighbourhood of Devonshire Park.

The average selling price of homes went down approximately 9% with the average being $376,376 compared to $411,931 in February 2018. On average a residence took 2 days more to sell in February 2019 as compared to 9 days in February 2018.

There were 43 active listings in Winnipeg MLS area 3K at the end of February 2019 as compared to 46 at the end of February 2019, and 11 homes sold in February 2019 as compared to 9 in 2018. The sales-to-listing ratio was 26% in February 2019 compared to 20% in February 2018.
