Listings down, sales and sale prices up in Norwood, Winnipeg

MLS listings went down while sales and sale prices went up in the month of June 2019 in the Winnipeg neighbourhood of Norwood.

The average selling price of homes went down approximately 5% with the average being $287,325 compared to $302,280 in June 2018. On average a residence took 5 days less to sell in June 2019 as compared to 18 days in June 2018.
