Listings down, sales and sale prices up in Fort Richmond, Winnipeg

MLS listings went down while sales and sale prices went up in the month of August 2020 in the Winnipeg neighbourhood of Fort Richmond.

The average selling price of homes went up approximately 9% with the average being $387,334 compared to $352,800 in August 2019. On average a residence took 3 days more to sell in August 2020 as compared to 13 days in August 2019.

There were 19 active listings in Winnipeg MLS area 1K at the end of August 2020 as compared to 22 at the end of August 2019, and 16 homes sold in August 2020 compared to 13 in August 2019. The sales-to-listing ratio was 84% in August 2020 compared to 59% in August 2019.
