MLS listings went down while sales and sale prices went up in the month of November 2020 in the Winnipeg neighbourhood of Garden City.

The average selling price of homes went up approximately 3.4% with the average being $301,406 compared to $290,875 in November 2019. On average a residence took 21 days less to sell in November 2020 as compared to 27 days in November 2019.

There were 2 active listings in Winnipeg MLS area 4G at the end of November 2020 as compared to 12 at the end of November 2019, and 9 homes sold in November 2020 compared to 4 in November 2019. The sales-to-listing ratio was 450% in November 2020 compared to 33% in November 2019.
