Listings and sale prices down, sales up in Polo Park, Winnipeg

MLS listings and sale prices went down while sales went up in the month of November 2020 in the Winnipeg neighbourhood of Polo Park.

The average selling price of homes went down approximately 4.6% with the average being $205,125 compared to $215,192 in November 2019. On average a residence took 12 days less to sell in November 2020 as compared to 32 days in November 2019.

There were 21 active listings in Winnipeg MLS area 5C at the end of November 2020 as compared to 33 at the end of November 2019, and 20 homes sold in November 2020 compared to 13 in November 2019. The sales-to-listing ratio was 95% in November 2020 compared to 39% in November 2019.
