Listings down, sales and sale prices up in Sage Creek, Winnipeg

MLS listings went down while sales and sale prices went up in the month of January 2021 in the Winnipeg neighbourhood of Sage Creek.

The average selling price of homes went up approximately 0.3% with the average being $543,286 compared to $541,395 in January 2020. On average a residence took 12 days less to sell in January 2021 as compared to 34 days in January 2020.

There were 12 active listings in Winnipeg MLS area 2K at the end of January 2021 as compared to 28 at the end of January 2020, and 11 homes sold in January 2021 compared to 8 in January 2020. The sales-to-listing ratio was 92% in January 2021 compared to 29% in January 2020.

The highest price paid in January 2021 for a home in the neighbourhood of Sage Creek was $395,000 for a home on Silver Sage Crescent. The lowest sale price belonged to a home on Tallgrass Crescent, which closed at $420,000.
