Home sales for January 2016 decreased by 24% in East Kildonan, Transcona, North Kildonan, as well as other areas of North East Winnipeg despite there being 6.9% more inventory on the market than the same period in 2015. The Average home sold for 2.3% more than homes that changed hands in 2015 during the same period even though they tended to be on the market 14 days longer on average.
