February MLS listing inventory in St. Vital, River Park South as well as other areas in the south east of Winnipeg rose 10.5%, so buyers had more properties to choose from compared to last February.

The number of sales processed in the month was two more than last February, with 80 sales recorded in 2016 and 78 in 2015.  Average selling price was up 9.6% , the average home sold for $333,029 vs $305,354 in 2015.
