MLS listings went down while home prices and sales went up in the month of February 2018 for the Winnipeg neighbourhoods of MLS areas Assiniboine Woods, Charleswood, River West Park, and Westdale.
The average selling price of homes went up approximately 16.37% with the average being $435,424 compared to $364,163 in February 2017. On average a residence took 1 day less to sell compared to the average of 23.5 days in February 2017.

There were 33 active listings in Winnipeg MLS areas 1F, 1G, 1H at the end of February 2018 as compared to 35 at the end of February 2017, and 13 homes sold in February 2018 as compared to 11 in 2017. The sales-to-listing ratio increased from 46.5 percent in February 2017 to 57.6 percent in February 2018.
The highest price paid in 2018 for a home in the neighbourhoods of Assiniboine Woods, Charleswood, River West Park and Westdale was $615,000 for a home on Inverary Bay. The lowest sale price belonged to a home on Lynbrook Drive, which closed at $230,000.
