MLS listings, sales and sale prices went down in the month of April 2018 for the Winnipeg neighbourhood of MLS area North End.

The average selling price of homes went down approximately 19% with the average being $115,363 compared to $142,500 in April 2017. On average a residence took 19 days less to sell compared to the average of 28 days in April 2017.

There were 55 active listings in Winnipeg MLS area 4A at the end of April 2018 as compared to 73 at the end of April 2017, and 8 homes sold in April 2018 as compared to 10 in 2017. The sales-to-listing ratio increased from 14 percent in April 2017 to 15 percent in April 2018.

The highest price paid in April 2018 for a home in the neighbourhood of the North End was $169,000 for a home on Burrows Avenue. The lowest sale price belonged to a home on College Avenue, which closed at $79,000.
