The average selling price of homes went up approximately 4.2% with the average being $230,712 compared to $220,885 in November 2017. On average a residence took 6 days more to sell in November 2018 as compared to 28 days in November 2017.

There were 31 active listings in Winnipeg MLS area 5E at the end of November 2018 as compared to 22 at the end of November 2017, and 13 homes sold in November 2018 as compared to 12 in 2017. The sales-to-listing ratio was 42% in November 2018 compared to 55% in November 2017.
