MLS listings and sale prices went up while sales went down in the month of October 2020 in the Winnipeg neighbourhood of West Transcona.

The average selling price of homes went up approximately 10% with the average being $262,111 compared to $236,538 in October 2019. On average a residence took 13 days less to sell in October 2020 as compared to 22 days in October 2019.
