MLS listings and sale prices went down while sales went up in the month of July 2019 in the Winnipeg neighbourhood of Devonshire Park.

The average selling price of homes went down approximately 2% with the average being $345,653 compared to $352,164 in July 2018. On average a residence took 5 days less to sell in July 2019 as compared to 49 days in July 2018.

The average selling price of homes went up approximately 5% with the average being $179,090 compared to $170,757 in July 2018. On average a residence took 10 days more to sell in July 2019 as compared to 24 days in July 2018.
