MLS listings went down while sales stayed the same and sale prices went up in the month of April 2020 in the Winnipeg neighbourhood of West Transcona.

The average selling price of homes went up approximately 6.5% with the average being $231,700 compared to $216,450 in April 2019. On average a residence took 5 days less to sell in April 2020 as compared to 17 days in April 2019.

The highest price paid in April 2020 for a home in the neighbourhood of West Transcona was $305,000 for a home on Madeline Street. The lowest sale price belonged to a home on Ralph Avenue W, which closed at $190,000.

The average selling price of homes went down approximately 5% with the average being $150,450 compared to $158,102 in March 2019. On average a residence took 14 days less to sell in March 2020 as compared to 35 days in March 2019.
