MLS listings went up, while sale prices and sales went down in the month of November 2022 in the Winnipeg neighbourhood of Riverview Fort Rouge.

The average selling price of homes went down approximately 3.07 % with the average being $336,500 in November 2022 compared to $346,843 in November 2021. On average a residence took 7 days to sell in November 2022 as compared to 21 days in November 2021.

MLS listings and sales went down while sale prices went up in the month of July 2020 in the Winnipeg neighbourhood of Fort Rouge.

The average selling price of homes went up approximately 3.3% with the average being $331,467 compared to $320,397 in July 2019. On average a residence took 8 days less to sell in July 2020 as compared to 21 days in July 2019.

MLS listings and sales stayed the same from 2018 to 2019 while sale prices saw a slight change in the month of January 2019 in the Winnipeg neighbourhood of Fort Rouge.

The average selling price of homes went down approximately 30% with the average being $284,500 compared to $408,500 in January 2018. On average a residence took 52 days more to sell in January 2019 as compared to 18 days in January 2018.

2018 Listings & sale prices up, sales down in Fort Rouge, Osborne Village

Real estate changes were not too intense from 2017 to 2018 in the Winnipeg neighbourhoods of Fort Rouge, Riverview, Osborne Village and Crescentwood with total homes sold down slightly and average home sale price and number of listings up slightly.

Total active MLS listings at year end were up from 301 in 2017 to 326 in 2018 in Winnipeg MLS areas 1A, 1AW, 1B and 1BW, but total home sales were down only slightly from 265 to 253. The sales-to-listing ratio went down a bit, moving from 87.3 percent in 2017 to 78 percent in 2017.

The average home sale price in Fort Rouge, Riverview, Osborne Village and Crescentwood was up slightly in from $277,012 in 2017 to $291,175 in 2018.

The highest priced home sold in these neighbourhoods in 2018 was located on McMillan Avenue and closed at $515,022. The lowest price paid for a home in these neighbourhoods in 2018 was $135,000 for a home on Arnold Avenue.
