MLS listings and sales went down while the home prices went up in the month of February 2018  for the Winnipeg neighbourhoods of MLS areas Algonquin Estates, Algonquin Park, All Season Estates, Bridgewood Estates, Eaglemere, East Kildonan, Harbour View South, North Kildonan, and Valley Gardens.

The average selling price of homes went up approximately 14.85% with the average being $336,303 compared to $292,821 in February 2017. On average a residence took approximately 6 days more to sell compared to the average of 22 days in February 2017.

There were 25 active listings in Winnipeg MLS areas 3E, 3F, 3G, 3H, 3J at the end of February 2018 as compared to 44 at the end of February 2017, and 14 homes sold in February 2018 as compared to 22 in 2017. The sales-to-listing ratio increased from 55.4 percent in February 2017 to 58 percent in February 2018.

The highest price paid in 2018 for a home in the neighbourhoods of Algonquin Estates, Algonquin Park, All Season Estates, Bridgewood Estates, Eaglemere, East Kildonan, Harbour View South, North Kildonan, and Valley Gardens was $442,500 for a home on Reg Wyatt Way. The lowest sale price belonged to a home on McIvor Avenue, which closed at $173,000.
