Listings and sale prices up while sales went down in Norberry and Pulberry area in Winnipeg

MLS listings and sale prices went up while sales went down in the month of October 2022 in the Winnipeg neighbourhood of Norberry and Pulberry in Winnipeg.

The average selling price of homes in the Winnipeg MLS area 2C went up approximately 15% with the average being $450,117 compared to $385,514 in October 2021. On average a residence took 22 days more to sell in October 2022 as compared to 17 days in October 2021.

There were 19 active listings in Winnipeg MLS area 2C at the end of October 2022 as compared to 14 at the end of October 2021, and 12 homes sold in October 2022 compared to 28 in October 2021. The sales-to-listing ratio was 63% in October 2022 compared to 200% in October 2021.

The highest price paid in October 2022 for a home in the neighbourhood of Pulberry was $750,000 for a home on Victoria Crescent. The lowest sale price belonged to a home in the neighbourhood Norberry on Oustic Avenue West, which closed at $254,000.
