The average selling price of homes went down approximately 14.6% with the average being $306,867 in February 2023 compared to $355,318 in February 2022. On average a residence took 11 days to sell in February 2023 as compared to 10 days in February 2022.

The average selling price of homes went down approximately 17% with the average being $276,700 compared to $336,900 in March 2018. On average a residence took 17 days more to sell in March 2019 as compared to 9 days in March 2018.

2018 Listings, sales & sale prices up in River Heights, Tuxedo

Real estate changes were not too intense from 2017 to 2018 in the Winnipeg neighbourhoods of Crescentwood, River Heights, Tuxedo, Charleswood and River West Park with total homes sold up slightly and average home sale price and number of listings up slightly as well.

Total active MLS listings at year end were up from 462 in 2017 to 569 in 2018 in Winnipeg MLS areas 1C, 1D, 1E and 1F, and total home sales were up from 354 to 414. The sales-to-listing ratio went down a bit, moving from 73.75 percent in 2017 to 69.75 percent in 2018.

The average home sale price in Crescentwood, River Heights, Tuxedo, Charleswood and River West Park was up slightly in from $524,238 in 2017 to $535,007 in 2018.

The highest priced home sold in these neighbourhoods in 2018 was located on Ike Kraut Place and closed at $1,800,000. The lowest price paid for a home in these neighbourhoods in 2018 was $165,000 for a home on Centennial Street.
