The average selling price of homes in MLS® Area Area 1C: River Heights, went down approximately 4%, with the average being $554,155 in May 2022 compared to $536,128 in May 2023. On average, a residence took 8 days to sell in May 2022 as compared to 19 days in May 2023.

The average selling price of homes went up approximately 8.6% with the average being $422,252 compared to $385,792 in August 2019. On average a residence took 18 days less to sell in August 2020 as compared to 36 days in August 2019.
