MLS listings and sales went up while sale prices went down in the month of September 2018 in the Winnipeg neighbourhood of Birds Hill Town.

The average selling price of homes went down approximately 15.2% with the average being $575,100 compared to $678,780 in August 2017. On average a residence took 21 days less to sell in September 2018 as compared to 50 days in September 2017.

There were 48 active listings in Winnipeg MLS area 3P at the end of September 2018 as compared to 40 at the end of September 2017, and 10 homes sold in September 2018 as compared to 5 in 2017. The sales-to-listing ratio was 21% in September 2018 compared to 13% in September 2017.

The highest price paid in September 2018 for a home in the neighbourhood of Birds Hill Town was $849,000 for a home on Mowat Road. The lowest sale price belonged to a home on Andrews Road, which closed at $330,000.

MLS listings and sale prices went up while sales stayed the same as last year in the month of September 2018 in the Winnipeg neighbourhood of Canterbury Park.

The average selling price of homes went up approximately 1.3% with the average being $306,653 compared to $302,367 in August 2017. On average a residence took 17 days to sell in September 2018 as compared to 17 days in September 2017.
