MLS listings and sales went up while sale prices went down in the month of February 2020 in the Winnipeg neighbourhood of Grandmont Park.

The average selling price of homes went down approximately 7% with the average being $268,300 compared to $287,833 in February 2019. On average a residence took 4 days less to sell in February 2020 as compared to 17 days in February 2019.
