MLS listings and sale prices went up while sales went down in the month of April 2019 in the Winnipeg neighbourhood of Waverley Heights.

The average selling price of homes went up approximately 5% with the average being $341,750 compared to $323,283 in April 2018. On average a residence took 16 days less to sell in April 2019 as compared to 24 days in April 2018.
