MLS listings and sale prices went up while sales went down up in the month of April 2019 in the Winnipeg neighbourhood of Charleswood.

The average selling price of homes went up approximately 4% with the average being $392,688 compared to $376,852 in April 2018. On average a residence took 6 days less to sell in April 2019 as compared to 18 days in April 2018.
