MLS listings and sales went up while sale prices stayed the same in the month of January 2019 in the Winnipeg neighbourhood of Linden Ridge.

The average selling price of homes went down approximately 8.9% with the average being $513,850 compared to $564,167 in January 2018. On average a residence took 13 days less to sell in January 2019 as compared to 6 days in January 2018.
