MLS listings went up while sales stayed the same and sale prices went down in the month of November 2018 in the Winnipeg neighbourhood of West End.

The average selling price of homes went down approximately 17% with the average being $144,811 compared to $175,328 in November 2017. On average a residence took 13 days less to sell in November 2018 as compared to 43 days in November 2017.

There were 27 active listings in Winnipeg MLS area 5A at the end of November 2018 as compared to 25 at the end of November 2017, and 9 homes sold in November 2018 as compared to 9 in 2017. The sales-to-listing ratio was 33% in November 2018 compared to 36% in November 2017.

The highest price paid in November 2018 for a home in the neighbourhood of West End was $179,900 for a home on Victor Street. The lowest sale price belonged to a home on Victor Steet, which closed at $80,000.
