Crestview and other areas in  North West Winnipeg  during April  seen an increase in sales of 8.5% despite a decrease in inventory of 13% from April of 2015. The average selling price of a home was down 2% over last April’s sales in most north west areas, Crestview seen a 9.9% increase.  On average a residence took 3 day less to sell in comparison to the same month last year.
