Listings, sales and sale prices down in Southdale

MLS listings, sales and sale prices went down in the month of March 2018 for the Winnipeg neighbourhood of MLS area Niakwa Park.

The average selling price of homes went down approximately 3.3% with the average being $371,000 compared to $383,790 in March 2017. On average a residence took 10 days less to sell compared to the average of 12 days in March 2017.

There were 4 active listings in Winnipeg MLS area 2H at the end of March 2018 as compared to 11 at the end of March 2017, and 4 homes sold in March 2018 as compared to 10 in 2017. The sales-to-listing ratio increased from 91 percent in March 2017 to 100 percent in March 2018.

The highest price paid in March 2018 for a home in the neighbourhood of Southdale was $430,000 for a home on Jade Place. The lowest sale price belonged to a home on Beaverhill Boulevard, which closed at $310,000.
