MLS listings and sales went up while sales prices went down in the month of November 2022 in the Winnipeg neighbourhood of River Heights.

The average selling price of homes went down approximately 21.9% with the average being $482,709 in November 2022 compared to $588,638 in November 2021. On average a residence took 18 days to sell in November 2022 as compared to 9 days in November 2021.

There were 28 active listings in Winnipeg MLS area 1C River Heights neighbourhood at the end of November as compared 10 at the end of November 2021, and 12 homes sold in November 2022 compared to 9 in November 2021.
