Home sales in Winnipeg MLS areas 2C, 2D, 2E and 2F, which includes the neighbourhoods of Old St Vital, St Vital, Pulberry, Bright Oaks, Meadowood and River Park South, differed by only one in October 2016 when compared to October 2015, with 42 sold this year compared to 41 last year. Listings however, were down from 108 in October 2015 to 74 in October 2016.

The time required to sell a home in Old St Vital, St Vital, Pulberry, Bright Oaks, Meadowood and River Park South was down from 27.75 days in October 2015 to 22.25 days in October 2016.

Prices were up slightly in October 2016, with the average home sale price in these neighbourhoods coming in at $300,489 compared to $296,955 in 2015, and prices ranged from $130,000 for a home on Morier Avenue to $671,800 for a home on Portside Drive.
