MLS listings and sale prices went up while sales went down up in the month of March 2019 in the Winnipeg neighbourhood of Assiniboine Woods.

The average selling price of homes went up approximately 30% with the average being $710,833 compared to $495,925 in March 2018. On average a residence took 1 day more to sell in March 2019 as compared to 8 days in March 2018.

There were 11 active listings in Winnipeg MLS area 1F at the end of March 2019 as compared to 6 at the end of March 2019, and 3 homes sold in March 2019 as compared to 4 in 2018. The sales-to-listing ratio was 27% in March 2019 compared to 67% in March 2018.

The highest price paid in March 2019 for a home in the neighbourhood of Assiniboine Woods was $875,000 for a home on William Marshall Way. The lowest sale price belonged to a home on Barker Boulevard, which closed at $420,000.

MLS listings went down while sales and sale prices went up in the month of May 2018 for the Winnipeg neighbourhood of MLS area Assiniboine Woods.

The average selling price of homes went up approximately 21% with the average being $581,667 compared to $460,000 in May 2017. On average a residence took 26 days more to sell in May 2018 as compared to the average of 10 days in May 2017.

There were 8 active listings in Winnipeg MLS area 1F at the end of May 2018 as compared to 11 at the end of May 2017, and 6 homes sold in May 2018 as compared to 1 in 2017. The sales-to-listing ratio increased from 9% in May 2017 to 75% in May 2018.

The highest price paid in May 2018 for a home in the neighbourhood of Assiniboine Woods was $910,000 for a home on Vialoux Drive. The lowest sale price belonged to a home on Roblin Boulevard, which closed at $309,000.

There were more active listings and homes sold in the Winnipeg neighbourhoods of Assiniboine Woods, Charleswood, River West Park and Westdale in 2017 compared to 2016, and the average home sale price was up. It also took less time to sell a home.

Home sales as well as active MLS listings remained steading in Assiniboine Woods, Charleswood, River West Park and Westdale in August 2017 when compared to August 2016.

There were 30 homes sold in Winnipeg MLS 1F, 1G and 1H in August 2017 compared to 28 in the same month in 2016. Active listings were down from 45 in August 2016 to 44 in August 2017. The average days required to sell a home was down from 29.67 days in August 2016 to 20.33 days in August 2017.
