MLS listings up while sales and sale prices went down in the month of December 2022 in the Winnipeg neighbourhood of West Dale, Ridgewood South Charleswood.

The average selling price of homes went down approximately 7.76% with the average being $515,000 in December 2022 compared to $555,233 in December 2021. On average a residence took 22 days to sell in December 2022 as compared to 16 days in December 2021.
