MLS listings and sales went up while sale prices went down in the month of December 2020 in the Winnipeg neighbourhood of Polo Park.

The average selling price of homes went down approximately 48% with the average being $187,591 compared to $363,760 in December 2019. On average a residence took 7 days more to sell in December 2020 as compared to 17 days in December 2019.
