The average selling price for homes in Winnipeg MLS areas 1F, 1G and 1H, which includes the neighbourhoods of  Charleswood, Westdale and River West Park, was up seven percent to $357,394 in October 2016 as compared to $333,124 in October 2015. Active listings were down only slightly from the previous October at 53 compared to 57 in 2015 but home sales in these neighbourhoods were down almost 50 percent from 25 in October 2015 to 13 in October 2016. The average number of days required to sell a home Charleswood, Westdale and River West Park was also down from 40 days in 2015 to 35.5 days in 2016. Home sale prices ranged from $53,000 to $457,733.
