Strong MLS Sales in the areas of St. Vital, St. Boniface, River Park South, Windsor Park as active homes on the market was up 12% and an increase of 8% in home sales for the month of November 2015. The average sale price of a home in the area was up 16% over last year for the same period.

Real Estate listings on the MLS Market in River Heights, Tuxedo, Assiniboine, Charleswood, Fort Richmond and other areas in South West Winnipeg remain steady compared to November of 2014.

89% of home sales in November of 2015 sold under list price, two homes sold for more than $100,000 under list in the areas of Whyte Ridge and Bridgewater Forest.

One home in Charleswood came up the big winner changing hands at $59,100 over list price.

89% of homes that sold on the MLS market in October of 2015 in the areas of St. James, Silver Heights, Westwood, Polo Park and Headingley North closed under list price. Three homes were big winners as a home in St. James closed $40,100 over list, the two other homes  both in  Silver Heights closed at $15,000 and $11,100 over their list prices.

October 2015 home sales increased  by 4% in the areas of East Kildonan, Elmwood, North Kildonan and Valley Gardens compared to 2014. The average sale price of a home decreased by 2.5%  as to 2014.

Homes sales in St. Vital, Norwood, River Park South as well as other areas of Southeast Winnipeg remained steady compared to this time last year.  11% of homes sold in October of 2015 changed hands over list price, the average sale price of a home in the area sold for 9% more in comparison to  October of 2014.
