MLS listings, sales and sale prices went down in the month of March 2020 in the Winnipeg neighbourhood of East Kildonan.

The average selling price of homes went down approximately 5% with the average being $150,450 compared to $158,102 in March 2019. On average a residence took 14 days less to sell in March 2020 as compared to 35 days in March 2019.

There were 13 active listings in Winnipeg MLS area 3A at the end of March 2020 as compared to 15 at the end of March 2019, and 10 homes sold in March 2020  as compared to 12 in March 2019. The sales-to-listing ratio was 77% in March 2020 compared to 80% in March 2019.

The highest price paid in March 2020 for a home in the neighbourhood of East Kildonan was $405,000 for a home on Chalmers Avenue. The lowest sale price belonged to a home on Jamison Avenue, which closed at $79,000.
