MLS listings went up while sales and sale prices went down in the month of April 2019 in the Winnipeg neighbourhood of Fort Whyte.

The average selling price of homes went down approximately 11% with the average being $447,275 compared to $503,824 in April 2018. On average a residence took 12 days more to sell in April 2019 as compared to 9 days in April 2018.

There were 10 active listings in Winnipeg MLS area 1P at the end of April 2019 as compared to 9 at the end of April 2019, and 8 homes sold in April 2019 as compared to 12 in 2018. The sales-to-listing ratio was 80% in April 2019 compared to 133% in April 2018.

The highest price paid in April 2019 for a home in the neighbourhood of Fort Whyte was $553,000 for a home on Beacon Hill Place. The lowest sale price belonged to a home on Southbend Crescent, which closed at $365,700.
