MLS listings went down while sales and sale prices went up in the month of October 2020 in the Winnipeg neighbourhood of North Kildonan.

The average selling price of homes went up approximately 9% with the average being $291,242 compared to $266,273 in October 2019. On average a residence took 12 days less to sell in October 2020 as compared to 25 days in October 2019.
