Winnipeg MLS areas 5E, 5F, 5G and 5H cover the neighbourhoods of Bourkevale, Bruce Park, Deer Lodge, St. James, Grace Hospital, Silver Heights, Jameswood, Woodhaven, St. Charles, Westwood, Crestview and Heritage Park.

There were 55 active listings in MLS areas 5E, 5F, 5G and 5H in November 2017 as compared to 75 in November 2016 and 34 homes sold in November 2017 as compared to compared to 47 homes sold in 2016. The average days required to sell a home was down from 30.25 days in November 2016 to 21.75 days in November 2017.

The average home sale price was up from from $286,686 in November 2016 to $312,241 in November 2017. The highest price paid in the neighbourhoods of Bourkevale, Bruce Park, Deer Lodge, St. James, Grace Hospital, Silver Heights, Jameswood, Woodhaven, St. Charles, Westwood, Crestview and Heritage Park was $648,000 for a home on Oakdean Blvd. The lowest sale price of $131,500 belonged to a home on Roseberry Street.
