Home sales in the Winnipeg neighbourhoods of Crescentwood, Fort Rouge, Fort Rouge West, Lord Roberts, Osborne Village and Riverview were down in July 2017 as compared to July 2016, and the number of days required to sell a home in these neighbourhoods increased during the same period.

It took an average of 15.5 days to sell a home in Winnipeg MLS areas 1A, 1Aw, 1B and 1Bw in July 2016. That number increased to 17.5 days in July 2017. Home sales decreased from 34 in July 2016 to 21 in July 2017.

Total active listings in Corydon, Crescentwood, Fort Rouge, Fort Rouge West, Lord Roberts and Osborne Village were down in July 2017 to 19, compared to 35 in July 2016. Average home selling prices in these neighbourhoods increased from $260,236 in 2016 to $277,679 in 2017 during this period.

The lowest home sale price for July 2017 came in at $157,400 for a home on Garfield Avenue while the highest price paid was for a home on Hector Avenue that changed hands for $430,000.
