Homes sales in 3K, 3L, 3M and 3P dropped to 85 in June 2017 from 91 during the same period in 2016. Average home prices were upin June 2017 for the Winnipeg neighbourhoods of Canterbury Park, Kildonan Green, Kildonan Meadow, Lakeside Meadows, Mission Gardens and Transcona.

There were 137 active listings in Winnipeg MLS areas 3K, 3L, 3M and 3P in June 2017 compared to 148 listings in June 2016. The average home sale price was up  from $327,597 in 2016 to $345,531 in June 2017.

The average days required to sell a home remained steady around 20.7 during the month of June.

The top home sale price in Winnipeg MLS areas 3K, 3L, 3M and 3N in June 2017 was $607,000 for a home on Mowat Road.  The lowest price belonged to a home on Victoria Avenue W. that closed at $145,000.

Homes sales in 3K, 3L, 3M and 3P rose to 51 in March 2017 from 49 during the same period in 2016. Average home prices were down in March 2017 for the Winnipeg neighbourhoods of Canterbury Park, Kildonan Green, Kildonan Meadow, Lakeside Meadows, Mission Gardens and Transcona.

There were 121 active listings in Winnipeg MLS areas 3K, 3L, 3M and 3P in March 2017 compared to 134 listings in March 2016. The average home sale price was down  from $387,628 in 2016 to $355,695 in March 2017.

The average days required to sell a home was down a fair amount, from 34.25 days in March 2016 to 24.0 days in March 2017.

The top home sale price in Winnipeg MLS areas 3K, 3L, 3M and 3N in March 2017 was $930,000 for a home on Southlands Drive.  The lowest price belonged to a home on Day Street that closed at $120,000.

Homes sales in 3K, 3L, 3M and 3P rose to 34 in February 2017 from 30 during the same period in 2016. Average home prices were down in February 2017 for the Winnipeg neighbourhoods of Canterbury Park, Kildonan Green, Kildonan Meadow, Lakeside Meadows, Mission Gardens and Transcona.

There were 101 active listings in Winnipeg MLS areas 3K, 3L, 3M and 3P in February 2017 compared to 112 listings in February 2016. The average home sale price was down slightly from $330,540 in 2016 to $326,211 in Febraury 2017.

The average days required to sell a home was up a fair amount, from 22.75 days in February 2016 to 37.5 days in February 2017.

The top home sale price in Winnipeg MLS areas 3K, 3L, 3M and 3N in February 2017 was $432,000 for a home on Tychonick Bay.  The lowest price belonged to a home on Ravelston Avenue that closed at $153,000.

Home prices up in Winnipeg MLS areas 3K, 3L, 3M and 3N for November 2016

Everything but the average home sale price was down in Winnipeg MLS areas 3K, 3L, 3M and 3N in November 2016, when compared to the same month last year. The average sale price in Transcona, Kildonan Meadows, Kildonan Green, Lakeside Meadows, Mission Gardens and Canterbury Park came in at $289,346 for November 2016 as compared to $255,720 in November 2015.

Active listings in the above neighbourhoods were down from 92 in November 2015 to 84 in November 2016, as were homes sold, which were down from 41 to 30. The average days required to sell a home also dropped from 32 in November 2015 to 30.66 in November 2016.

The highest price among homes sold in November 2016 in Transcona, Kildonan Meadows, Kildonan Green, Lakeside Meadows, Mission Gardens and Canterbury Park came in at $410,000 for a home on Edna Perry Way. The lowest price paid was for a home on Victoria Avenue W, which sold for $145,000.
