MLS listings went down while sales and sale prices went up in the month of July 2019 in the Winnipeg neighbourhood of Bonavista.

The average selling price of homes went up approximately .7% with the average being $410,796 compared to $407,786 in July 2018. On average a residence took 18 days more to sell in July 2019 as compared to 23 days in July 2018.
