MLS listings, sales and sale prices went down in the month of November 2018 in the Winnipeg neighbourhood of Polo Park.

The average selling price of homes went down approximately 2.9% with the average being $220,331 compared to $227,107 in November 2017. On average a residence took 9 days more to sell in November 2018 as compared to 21 days in November 2017.

There were 16 active listings in Winnipeg MLS area 5C at the end of November 2018 as compared to 14 at the end of November 2017, and 13 homes sold in November 2018 as compared to 14 in 2017. The sales-to-listing ratio was 81% in November 2018 compared to 54% in November 2017.

The highest price paid in November 2018 for a home in the neighbourhood of Polo Park was $280,000 for a home on Valour Road. The lowest sale price belonged to a home on Strathcona Street, which closed at $163,000.
