Listings down, sales and sale prices up in North End, Winnipeg

MLS listings went down while sales and sale prices went up in the month of October 2020 in the Winnipeg neighbourhood of North End.

The average selling price of homes went up approximately 7% with the average being $146,029 compared to $136,446 in October 2019. On average a residence took 11 days more to sell in October 2020 as compared to 35 days in October 2019.

There were 55 active listings in Winnipeg MLS area 4A at the end of October 2020 as compared to 69 at the end of October 2019, and 14 homes sold in October 2020 compared to 13 in October 2019. The sales-to-listing ratio was 25% in October 2020 compared to 19% in October 2019.

The highest price paid in October 2020 for a home in the neighbourhood of North End was $205,000 for a home on Aberdeen Avenue. The lowest sale price belonged to a home on Lorne Avenue, which closed at $58,000.
