Total active real estate listings and homes sold remained constant from 2015 to 2016 in Winnipeg MLS areas 1A, 1AW, 1B and 1BW, which covers the neighbourhoods of Fort Rouge, Riverview, Fort Rouge West, Lord Roberts, Crescentwood, Osborne Village and Corydon.

There were 372 listings and 308 home sales in MLS areas 1A, 1AW, 1B and 1BW in 2015, as compared to 366 listings and 306 home sales in 2016.

On an even more positive note, the average home price in the Winnipeg neighbourhoods of Fort Rouge, Riverview, Fort Rouge West, Lord Roberts, Crescentwood, Osborne Village and Corydon was up from $258,152 in November 2015 to $259,456 in November 2016.

The sales to listing ration remained constant from 2015 to 2016 at 82.25% to 83.25% respectively, while the average days required to sell a home in the above neighbourhoods dropped from 21 in 2015 to 17.25 in 2016.

The lowest home sale price in the neighbourhoods of Fort Rouge, Riverview, Fort Rouge West, Lord Roberts, Crescentwood, Osborne Village and Corydon in 2016 was $84,000 for a home on Rathgar Avenue. The highest home sale price in these neighbourhoods in 2016 was $1,350,000 for a home on Harvard Avenue.
