The average selling price of homes went up approximately 9.5% with the average being $633,568 compared to $573,060 in June 2019. On average a residence took 16 days more to sell in June 2020 as compared to 13 days in June 2019.

There were 18 active listings in Winnipeg MLS area 5W at the end of June 2020 as compared to 20 at the end of June 2019, and 3 homes sold in June 2020 compared to 5 in June 2019. The sales-to-listing ratio was 300% in June 2020 compared to 25% in June 2019.

The highest price paid in June 2020 for a home in the neighbourhood of The Oaks was $880,000 for a home on Blue Oaks Cove. The lowest sale price belonged to a home on Dodds Road N, which closed at $115,000.
